Accepting Applications for our 2026 Annual Granting Streams

We are excited to announce that applications for our Three Annual Granting Streams are officially open!
Eligible BC-EASP Service Provider (Level A) members in good standing are invited to apply before the deadline on December 10, 2026.

These grants are designed to build capacity, enhance programming, and support professional growth across our community. Explore the three available streams below to see where your organization can grow.

Eligibility: BC-EASP Service Provider (Level A) members in good standing (minimum 12 months).
Deadline: December 10, 2026 

1. Growth Grant: Developing new programs, upgrading existing services, and providing volunteer training and resources.

2. Operations Grant: Program and facility support, physical expansion, location development, and equipment purchases. Utilize these funds to build operational capacity or cover increased expenses to ensure inclusive, safe participant experiences.

3. Developing EAS Professionals Grant: Continuing education and upskilling for professionals within your organization—including obtaining CEU hours, advancing certification levels, and attending industry conferences or workshops.

Grant Details & Guidelines (Applies to All Streams)

• Eligibility Requirements: Open to BC-EASP Service Provider (Level A) members who have been in good standing for a minimum of 12 months (in good standing as of December 31st of the previous year and at the time of application).

• Application Limit: Members can submit one application per stream per year (a maximum of 3 applications total per BC-EASP Service Provider Member if applying to all three streams).

• Grant Amounts: Awarded based on the volume of applicants and equitable representation across the province.

• Review Process: Applications are reviewed by an external, independent Granting Committee. Successful applicants will be notified by March.

• Reporting: Grant recipients are required to submit a progress report, financial summary, and program/event summary within one year of application approval.

• Recognition: All marketing and promotion of funded activities must acknowledge official sponsorship from BC-EASP in financial documentation and promotional materials.
